I'm 17+4 and felt my baby move for the first time the other day only for a second it was like a flutter! But it was the best feeling ever, has anyone got any tips on how to encourage them to move again? Ive tried warm bath music and shining a light but nothing. I'm just so impatient🙈 x

I've felt first movements at 17w so n both my pregnancies. I think the advice is not to try to 'make' baby move, so you really do just have to be patient I'm afraid!

That should say 17w 'in both my pregnancies'!

I got my first movement around then and then not anymore for a few weeks. Now baby is moving around loads and there's mistaking them. Just give it time.
