D&C 10 weeks after polyps removal

I am having a MMC, no embryo seen at 7 weeks basically an empty sac with yolk only - EPU will do a final scan in 2 weeks and I would go with surgical management. I had a hysteroscopy early FEB to remove 3 tiny polyps and no complication at all so the upcoming D&C would be 10 weeks after hysteroscopy. I am worried having 2 procedures so close to each other would damage the lining. Anyone has had any similar experience?

@tiantian1005 I’m so sorry for your loss. It’s heartbreaking isn’t it. Do you have an update?

I had a loss last Feb and have been TTC since with no luck. I’m having a polyp removed hopefully next month and a D&C to rejuvenate the lining. I’m worried but trying to be hopeful.
