I’m 13 weeks pregnant, had my scan two days ago and all was fine. It was my third scan as I’ve had some bleeding this pregnancy. I started spotting at 6 weeks, then at 7 weeks had bright red bleeding so I assumed the worst but the pregnancy has progressed fine.
Since 6 weeks I’ve had brown/pink/peach/rusty looking discharge. At first it was every few days but the last couple of weeks it’s been daily, every time I wipe and a little bit in a pantyliner. I’ve heard of spotting in early pregnancy but has anyone else had it constantly like this? I really thought it would have stopped by now and I’m constantly anxious wondering if it’ll worsen and turn red again.
The consultant and midwife both said to monitor it but not be overly concerned. They couldn’t see any signs of bleeding from in the uterus. The only reason I think it might be is I’ve had quite bad thrush this pregnancy. Pessaries get rid of it but after a couple of days it’s back again and I think it could be irritating me.
