Just panicking a but as googled all the horrible things this can do to your baby. I broke my shoulder, well humerus by shoulder three weeks ago, so have been eating lots of ready meals and wondered if this is why.

Eighteen weeks and terrified anyway as I have bad anxiety disorder

I have had a b12 deficiency for years and when I was pregnant with my son my GP wrote to the specialist asking if I needed to do anything extra (have extra injections etc) whilst pregnant. We were told no, my baby was born perfectly healthy and I had a very smooth pregnancy.

Please don’t worry.

Thank you so much @luckyme30

I'm anaemic but never had low B12 before

Does it make you tireder than normal anemia?

I've been getting b12 injections for years and got them while pregnant and never had any issues. They wouldn't give you the injection if it wasn't safe.

@theotherfossilsister I’ve never had aneamia just v12 deficiency. Before it was diagnosed I did feel very drained and tired but as soon as I had the injections I felt so much better!
