Just after a bit of personal experience how you guys felt when you had covid whilst pregnant. I've just tested positive at 22 weeks, have 2 vaccines but not yet had booster. Got a bit of a sore head today however lateral flow only positive today so I suppose chances are I've had it for a few days now. Baby moving fine so far, do I need to contact my midwife to let them know? Thanks for any help!

Yes, they told me to let them know and they may run through questions with you to check no need for blood thinners or anything . I am positive at 35 weeks and been fine . Yes good to pay attention to movements and hope you stay well

(I’ve had my booster too while pregnant and only had a cold really )

@Looseleaf thanks so much for your response. I'm going to give the community midwife's a phone just to make them aware thank you. Plenty fluids and rest and fingers cross all will be ok. X

I had it at 22 weeks and it was nothing to write home about. A very mild cold for me thankfully. I’d had 2 vaccinations and booster a few days before. I had a slight headache, bit of a sore throat and slightly more tired than usual but fine. I told my midwife as I know some want you to have blood thinning injections but mine just said to keep hydrated and keep and eye on movements. I felt fine after about 4-5 days and I’m now 34 weeks and baby is all good so far. Hope it stays mild for you.

@MarmaladeToastAndAMarmaladeCat thanks so much for that! Headache is the most annoying thing today and a bit of a sore back so hopefully follow the same suit as you and feel better from here on out. Glad everything ok for you! I've contacted midwife and waiting on a call back to let me know if there's anything they need me to do. Thanks again x
