I'm pregnant with my first, 17 weeks. Im not worrying so much about the baby but just feel like I have very high anxiety at the moment generally, whether it's a small f-up at work or ruminating over and over again about conversations I've had.
I know it sounds trivial but it's the sort of thing that keeps me up at night. I have previously suffered with anxiety but it's shot up perhaps with the hormones.
I feel 'guilty' in a way that it's not the baby that's kept me up at night but just general other stuff! Can anyone relate or does anyone have any advice? TIA
