Hey! Sorry your feeling soo poorly, hope you feel better soon SadI've been there with covid at 6 weeks & now getting over an awful cold at 11+4 weeks. I can 100% relate. I've been sneezing & blowing my nose so much I get sharp pains. From speaking with my GP this week, I'm reassured that it's ligament pain. Our bodies are always stretching to accommodate a little baby, so any added 'stretching' on the nerves can cause pain. It's not anything the baby can feel - its well protected in its cosy sac to feel anything Smile if your feeling worried, best to contact Your midwife unit for reassurance.

@LucyKirk92 Aw thanks for your reply and I hope you're feeling better now? I've turned a corner, still got sinus pains and feeling tired but am so much better than I was and even managed to sleep last night which was amazing !
I've definitely pulled something, I think a muscle going from my hip around into the top of my bum area, hurts when I bend and when I sit on the toilet, I'm sure it's from all the nose blowing and coughing, I've been so attractive ! 😆

I'm also In The same boat 14 weeks and day three of covid. Feel absolutely dreadful. Blowing nose and sneeze really hurt around my uterus

@Whatelsecouldibecalled sorry you're feeling so bad it's awful isn't it. Are you taking paracetamol every four hours ?

I’ve had similar. 10+5 and covid day 5. I’ve found drawing my knees up towards my chest a little and kind of hugging my middle when a sneeze or cough is coming, or when blowing my nose, has really helped
