Early ultrasound and "pseudo sac"?

Hello all, wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation.

I had a early loss in January and I'm now pregnant again (around 4+6). I had a appointment in the EGU this morning due to light bleeding and my previous loss. I wasn't anticipating seeing anything on a scan, I was more concerned about my hormone levels as in Jan they were 7.5 and that's how we knew I was miscarrying.

As anticipated, nothing was seen on the scan initially. I had my blood test and hGC was 5000. I was then told that after a second look, something was seen on the scan and they think I'm either miscarrying or it's an eptopic. (I took a picture when she left the room). On my notes it says "fluid seen in the uterine cavity measuring 8 x 3mm, ? pseudo sac". I have to go back on Thursday to do my bloods again and if they're still high, have another scan. Has this ever happened to anyone before and it turned out to be fine?

TIA x
