Only just decided to read the side of the box of pregnacare I've been taking for the last 7/8 weeks and it says it shouldn't be taken with blood thinners. I inject inhixa daily! Does anyone know why this is ?? Midwife knows I'm injecting and taking pregnanacare and didn't mention anything

It’s because they contain vitamin K which helps blood coagulate. If you are on blood thinners such as warfarin then you need to be mindful of your vitamin K intake and not increase or decrease your dose whilst taking the medication. Vitamin K doesn’t interact with enoxaparin though so you don’t need to worry :)
