Hi ladies for the last few weeks I’ve been suffering night sweats to the point that when I’m waking up during the night my back and pj bottoms are really damp some nights are worse than others! I’m not sure wether it’s all the extra pillows in between my legs and at my back making it worse the first time it happened I thought I had wet myself the joys. Has anyone else had this ? And did you find anything to help ?

Yes I had this from around 20 weeks until I gave birth and nothing really helped so no matter if I had a thin quilt, no quilt, pjs/no pjs I'd always wake up soaking! Think it must be to do with all the hormones- my DD was more active in the night as well so don't know if that had anything to do with it xx

I had the same, started around 20 weeks and stopped around 30. Started again after birth while the milk production started, but stopped again after 2 weeks. I don't think there is anything you can do, as it due to hormonal changes.

I normally get night sweats due to tablet I'm on but the last week has been terrible. I've been waking up with it running down my back and back of my knees.

I'm 20 weeks and was unsure if it was hormones or the fact we have a new bed. I'm putting it to hormones Asni had a ok night last night. Hope it doesn't last the whole pregnancy and breastfeeding. Last week I even started getting nappy rash from it.
