Slapped cheek and immunity

Couldn't get through to speak to a Dr today so thought I'd ask here....

There is an outbreak of slapped cheek at my child's nursery. No sign of a rash for my DC but they have been poorly this last week or so, so not sure if they've been infected or not already.

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and was told via blood test back in December that I have previously had the virus. So I likely have immunity - but is this a certainty? Is it impossible to catch twice, or should I still be cautious and keep DC out of nursery for a while when I know the virus is spreading?

Always something to worry about, isn't there?!
