Over stretched bump!

I stupidly threw my hands up in the air in celebration earlier and felt a pang, like I had overstretched and pulled a muscle in my bump. I am 32 weeks and now worried I've done some damage!!!!! Am just overreacting? Baby has been quiet this afternoon which doesn't help the worry!

Have you felt your baby move since?
Your baby is safely tucked away in there so should be all okay. Lots of people still do some full on exercise at 32 weeks so try not to worry too much.
If you’ve not felt your baby move for a while try have a really cold drink and something sugary to eat. Then lie on your left side for 30 mins then quickly flip over to your right side and rest for 30 mins.
If you still don’t feel anything then please contact your midwife/ triage for some support!

I used to get this a lot if I overstretched, it's a horrible pain but it didn't cause any damage at all. Although if baby isn't moving as much, you should get checked!

Get the frozen peas out. They don't like that and usually shift positions.

I doubt stretching would have done anything but as always, if you're worried about movements please get it checked out for your own peace of mind.
