I woke up this morning to a small bleed, nothing too serious at the moment. I've told work I won't be in today and explained the situation, they've asked if I don't manage to get a scan today if I'd still go in and do light duties.

I can't help but feel offended by them asking this considering I've had a previous miscarriage which they knew about. I've told them my least priority right now is to figure out if I can get to work or not to help them out.

I understand they're just trying their luck but seriously?!
I've been on the phone to 111 and now on the phone to pregnancy unit

I bled at 20 weeks and went to MAU turned out I had thrush and it was really irritating me

Could you ring your pregnancy assessment unit to be checked, if you have a number for them?

Ignore work for now, that’s really insensitive of them.

@Nikki037297
Yeah it's more than likely nothing to really worry about but it's that first reaction. Just a very scary situation to be in

@Moonshine160
I got in contact and have a scan booked in for this afternoon.
Yes I agree, very insensitive. I think the last thing on my mind is going to work to do light duties
