Can uti pain feel like menstrual cramps

Just that really. Got this dull ache across my lower abdomen, uterus area I suppose, quite central. Been peeing a lot lately which I know is common but I'm going every 15 mins or so it seems, sometimes need one 5 mins after I've been. Had an awful pain when emptying my bladder last night and since then had this dull ache across my uterus area.

Well if anyone reads this, urine was clear for any infections but it's been sent off anyway.
Still got the dull aches, almost like crampy pain you get when you need a poo (sorry)
Trying to tell myself it's the stage I'm at 11 weeks and hopefully it's my uterus moving up
