Maternity allowance! Help!!!

Hello, so I am employed on a part time basis and earn about £110 per week. I don’t qualify for SMP due to me not earning enough. I don’t pay NI as I don’t earn enough. Would I still qualify for Maternity allowance? Thank you 🙂

If you've been earning that amount for long enough, yes, you qualify.

Yes I have been employed by my company since November 2020. Do you know if I qualify for the 90% of my weekly wage?

Yes from what you’ve said you’ll be eligible for 90% of your £110 wage so £99 a week
