Period like cramp in middle of belly 11 weeks

I’m 11 weeks and over the last hour I have what feels like a period cramp. I haven’t had period cramps since the very early weeks. Every little twinge and I’m worrying as I keep having bleeding and I’m having a scan on Monday. Is cramping normal at 11 weeks or should it have all stopped by now?

I think cramping can be normal, i am 13 weeks and get mild 'cramps' or twinges, they say its round ligament pain as your uterus is growing.
Obviously teamed with bleeding and the severity of the cramps may be a different story - can you call your local EPAS and try and get an earlier scan?

My scan is in 2 days and the cramps stopped they didn’t last long and I’m feeling much better today after a somewhat decent sleep
