Kalms during pregnancy??

Hi all!

I'm just wondering if anyone's taken Kalms or something similar during pregnancy?
I'm struggling terribly with anxiety. I have taken Kalms in the past and they have worked well for me. They do say not to take when pregnant but so does everything. I wondered what's in them that can cause harm as they are herbal.
This is my first pregnancy so I am doing everything strictly by the book but I really am struggling with my anxiety.
If anyone has any advice or experience I would be very grateful for your advice 🙂

Atropine comes from a plant and it's a poison. Same with strychnine, digitoxin and coniine. The point being that just because something's herbal doesn't mean it's safe!

I would not take any medicine that is advised as not for use in pregnancy unless explicitly told to by a registered medical professional. There is safe help available for anxiety - your midwife or GP would be good places to start.
