6 weeks pregnant light cramps and discharge

this is my first pregnancy and i'm about 6 weeks and maybe about 3 or 4 days ago i started having light cramping and when i wipe it's brown or blood tinged discharge. i took three more pregnancy tests to ensure i haven't lost my baby, they still come back positive. My appointment for my OB is set for 4/4/22( soooo long lol) but i also set an appointment at a pregnancy center for 3/21/22(just next week but seems so far away lol) i just want to know if this is normal. i can't add pictures because i'm a new user..

If you've had spotting for more than 72 hours you should be able to arrange a scan with your local Early Pregnancy Unit.

@Staarseed There's a good chance it's nothing :) I had my scan yesterday and the bleeding was not coming from the pregnancy sac. Unfortunately I had other issues too but at least the bleeding was benign.
