Hello,

Just looking for other mums experiences of taking antidepressants during pregnancy?
Especially with the baby coming early or having a low birth weight?

I had PND with my first and fell pregnant unexpectedly with this baby so my mental health hasn't been great in the last year or so.

I'm almost 30 weeks and the little one is just on the 10th percentile and I'm pretty small looking for 30 weeks (with my first he was on 54th centile at birth and 7lbs9 @ 39 weeks).

I just can't help but feel it's the sertraline Sad. I feel so guilty! I've been in twice to mat assessment with reduced movements a couple of times too but luckily all has been fine apart from them measuring growth yesterday. I know growth scans can be wildly wrong!

Hi OP, it is not Sertaline. I came off it when I found out I was pregnant and still developed Preeclampsia and had issues with placenta that caused poor blood flow and our baby was born small.

What was the measurement on your previous scan?
