I have tested positive for covid today. Lucky i don't have a major temperature or a cough yet but my main symptoms are bad headache and whole body is aching. Has anyone got any suggestions on how to help these horrendous body aches? 😫 I have been taking paracetamol but they are not really doing much !!
I managed to get the energy to have a bath, which relieved it for a bit but as soon as I got out I was aching all over again ðŸ˜
