21 weeks Pregnant today and still taking my pregnacare capsules have done since 1st trimester is anyone else still taking them and do i need to keep taking them untill i give birth?

With my son, my midwife told me I could stop them after 12 weeks and just take vitamin D. I think I carried on using up the boxes I had left and stopped around 16 weeks.
