Were your cramps in early pregnancy much worse than the first time?

Also what other differences did you notice?

Yes! Bad enough I asked my doctor. She said the oxytocin pain receptors are more easily triggered in subsequent pregnancies or something. I also had weird nipple tingling/excessively large boobs this time around. They were the size I was post pardum this time by week 4 of pregnancy. I’m terrified for what’s to come! More exhaustion with my second pregnancy too. Less sickness though.
