Very sore breasts waking me up at night when I turn over

I’m 10 weeks and my breast are extremely sore and have been for many weeks but when I turn over in my sleep the pain is waking me up! This has never been so bad in my previous pregnancies. Is it normal to be this bad? Is there anything I can do to make sure I get a decent sleep?

I had the same thing - you have my sympathy. I found a decent maternity bra worn at night helped secure them in a bit more, and less movement meant less pain and more sleep.

I'm only 6w and finding the same. I'm wearing a sleep bra at night now and it's definitely helped x x

Happened to me, it was because my lymph nodes wernt draining properly because the bras I was wearing wernt supporting me properly. Once you get a decent maternity bra it should help. I was fitted by a specialist shop as I’m a H cup.

Sleep bra or crop top and yes, it was so uncomfortable to begin with. I used a sausage pillow from early on in second pregnancy and it did help a bit too.
