6 weeks pregnant - morning sickness or bad stomach bug?

So I recently found out I’m pregnant, a week and a bit ago, after recurrent miscarriage and I’ve been really anxious. 4 days ago, in the middle of the night I woke up with the worst stomach cramps and rushed to the loo with the worst diarrhea ive had in my whole life. I feel so bloated and straight after I vomited out everything inside me too. It happened quite suddenly as I was completely fine the day before. Since the last 4 days I’ve been having bad diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting even though the vomiting is now better because I’ve been taking anti sickness tablets since yesterday. I don’t know what brought about this, I may have eaten something funny but honestly I can’t remember. These last 4 days have been complete hell though. The sickness tablets and wristbands are helping with the nausea and vomiting a little but the diarrhoea isn’t getting better. I have no idea what to do. I know I was quite dehydrated as a urine test in hospital yesterday (yes I got that bad) showed that my ketones were 2+ whatever that means. I’m not dehydrated as much today though thankfully as I’ve been drinking a lot and haven’t physically thrown up since yesterday, since starting on the anti sickness tablets.

I have no idea what to do about the diarrhoea though. It’s been 4 days now and it’s still really bad. My stomach keeps gurgling and making weird noises sorry TMI! Does this sound like morning sickness or more like a stomach bug to you guys? It’s been hell and I’ve lost weight too!

Before starting the anti sickness tablets yesterday I couldn’t keep any food or liquid down, I was sick straight after eating or drinking and then it was followed by the worst diarrhoea. I’m so worried especially as I’ve had 3 miscarriages and it’s taken 2 years for me to conceive after the last one. Can this vomiting and diarrhoea harm the baby? I’m just so sick of feeling this way, I’m unable to go to work, honestly unable to get out of bed and I don’t feel like doing anything at all. The tablets are making me feel a tiny bit more sane but apparently they’re only for 5 days so I have no idea what I’m going to do after that. They won’t finish in 5 days, there will be plenty left over, but I was prescribed them for 5 days only (metoclopramide).

I’d say that’s a bug.
For me sickness starts off as feeling sickly for a week coming on at the same times each day, then after a week it’s a very strong sickly feeling and enough to start with the glorious vomiting. Never ever had dirhhea with morning sickness and that is not part of morning sickness.

However morning sickness usually starts around week 6, so there is a chance your bug is over lapping with the start of your sickness.
For me morning sickness starts during week 4/5 of feeling sick then vomiting by week 6. I’m 10 weeks and my sickness has been awful but then I caught a stomach bug a couple of days ago and it woke me up during the night too and I was vomiting all night and for two days solid it was awful I was ready to head to hospital my pee was like iron bru and I only peed twice in a full day. I was better this morning when I woke up but still felt a little sickly so I guess my bug has gone now and I’m just left with my morning sickness bur it’s very hard to tell when they over lapped like that
