Stopping smoking

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and I've had a couple of fags.
It's habit while at work.
How can I completely cut the habit
I've never been a chain smoker, when I was at work I have like 3 but I stopped for ages got stressed and caved
Help I want to stop!

Iwouldn’t worry too much about the few that has already happened - what’s done is done but obviously no more! Have you tried any of the NHS stop smoking services? They’re not for me but I know some people find them really helpful.

Tbh if you’re finding it that difficult, would vaping help? It’s meant to be at least 95% less harmful than real cigarettes and AFAIK there’s no real evidence of it causing harm in pregnancy (or non-pregnancy!). Riskiest thing about it seems to be cheap chargers/batteries exploding!

If you really want to kick the habit though, try figure out your triggers and have a plan to avoid them. Work is obviously the big one for you; is it certain people you smoke with? Or is it to do with having a coffee? An excuse to go outside? Whatever it is, find something to replace it with :) (I recommend chocolate Wink )
