32 weeks and tested positive yesterday. So far just feel very lightheaded, headache and sore throat. In the night I started to get strong period type cramps and I’ve woken up with the pain now which is radiating to my back. Could this just be braxton hicks or the start of something else? I didn’t have any with my first and I was induced early so can’t really compare.
