Anyone had spotting all through pregnancy?

I’m now 12 weeks but my 12 week scan isn’t until I’m 13+3. I’ve had spotting throughout this pregnancy so far since I was 5 weeks. Sometimes it’s just pinky brown and other times it’s more red. I did have one period like bleed at 7 weeks and was scanned at EPU and a heartbeat was seen and I was measuring bang on for my dates at 7+4, this is the last scan I had. They couldn’t tell where any bleeding was coming from.

I’ve had a lot of spotting on and off since then, a couple of times a week and usually just when I wipe but today it was much more red and I’ve felt crampy. So I rang EPU again and explained that it’s taking a real toll on me mentally (which it is, I feel constantly anxious and waiting for when I’ll bleed next) and that I was bleeding red blood but they basically dismissed me and told me to wait and see and that it’s only just over a week until my scan anyway.
So now I’m just sat here worrying and I’ve convinced myself I’m going to get bad news at my scan at 13 weeks.
Sorry for rambling - what I’m wanting to know is if anyones had spotting for weeks and everything has turned out ok?

I'm 8+2 and also experiencing spotting, it's so hard not to be too anxious! I had on off spotting with DC1 but never the consecutive days I'm experiencing now.

I started spotting at 5 weeks and carried on until about 15 weeks, sometimes I would have a week of no spotting which was nice.
Mainly pink, sometimes brown and once bright red.

I'm now 25 weeks. I have spotting every 2 weeks now! This is the kind of spotting I get (Photo attached) when wiping after a wee or something.

I can totally understand why you're freaking out. It's affecting my mental health too. You'd think I'd be used to it by now but I still get hysterical each time!

I've had about 10 scans+ since the start, had my cervix looked at twice, no problems and no cause for the bleeds. Apparently some women just have this all the way through. 🙁
Baby is perfect and kicking away. Once you get to 18/20 weeks and you feel them move every day you'll have that daily reassurance in spite of the bleeds.... I do hope it stops for you though.

Oh, I wouldn't wait another week. I'd say whatever I could to get a scan ASAP - you'll only drive yourself mad. I even went to A&E once and they scanned me. The dr even hugged me because I was crying so much!

I had more than spotting, had unexplained bleeding for several weeks (heavy) and baby was fine and born a week late. I do hope your spotting ok
