Nausea for three days only

I'm six weeks today. I was very nauseous and sick from Monday to Wednesday and since then nothing. I've had four miscarriages so obviously worried. Any experiences of only being sick for three days and then nothing? Google isn't much help.

Hiya, weirdly I was 6 weeks yesterday and was fatieged Tuesday to Thursday and a bit nauseas Thursday morning, then back to almost symptomless since. So the exact same time frame.
