Just started bleeding 10 weeks pregnant

Today Iv been sick all day long and not kept much down, Iv just went to the toilet and there is a small amount of bright red blood. I don’t have any cramps or back pains. It’s 10pm Friday night…. What should I do?? Just keep an eye on things?

This was me 2 weeks ago! 11 weeks, random red blood on a Friday night. I phoned triage and they booked me in for a scan on the Monday. I had no more bleeding and baby was absolutely fine.

We actually booked a private scan for the Saturday though because Monday was too long to wait. Is this an option for you?
