Feeling worse again?

At the very start of my pregnancy from 4 weeks up to about 7/8 weeks I felt awful, I had no energy at all and constantly felt sick although I wasn't actually sick. Felt so much better the past few weeks and I've woke up today 11 weeks and 2 days and I feel like I've been hit by a bus, I'm back to feeling sooo lethargic literally no energy to even get out my bed. Has anyone had this and will it go away again? X

Hey I've had a similar experience. I felt awful throughout most of the first trimester with nausea but wasn't too tired. Then it faded around 13 weeks and then on Thursday at 14 weeks 6 days I felt so nauseous again that I was actually sick! And I've felt like some of my first trimester symptoms have returned. Hopefully it will all just settle down again.

I went through this too. I was so tired and felt like I needed a nap during my working day.
It eased off again as I went through the second trimester but now I’m in the third it’s back! I want to sleep all the time but so uncomfortable that I can’t sleep.
It’s your body changing and all the hormones can take a toll on you. Make sure you rest when you need to!

Think it's normal OP, I had a funny blip last week at 22 weeks of feeling morning sickness-y again. All part and parcel it seems...
