Ruptured Corpus Luteum

Hi ladies,

Had an early scan this morning as I have been suffering with pain and it appears I possibly have a ruptured cyst as there is fluid in my womb. Has anyone else had this and what were your experiences? They have said there is still a possibility of ectopic pregnancy!

Not sure about these in pregnancy but I have had two at separate times and a further cyst removed with surgery (which damaged an ovary). Usually the pain subsided in a few days and the liquid should resolve itself. Apparently lots of women frequently have cysts but only some rupture and are painful. Mine have some kind of connection to endometriosis.
