Hiya, I've been reading on the advice everyone's giving about the gym.
I was really enjoying the gym and building strength before pregnancy and then stopped during first trimester as I was very tired.
Issue is I started a new job not so long ago and its working from home so I barely get any steps in! I went on the treadmill yesterday and today I have some pain on my ligaments on my hips. I'm assuming that's normal? I never run, just gentle walking for 45 minutes on the treadmill. Then done some stretching and some rdls with light weights.
