Found out I had covid 2 days ago after my husband was sick with cold like symptoms.
Me and my 10m old were fine until yesterday.
We both have a temperature now and I am feeling so unwell...

Any tips? How much paracetamol would you take?

I tested positive for covid last Friday and just getting over it. I'm testing negative now but I'm still not 100% and very breathless doing simple things.
Have as much rest as you can and drink plenty of water, it'll help you. Paracetamol is safe in pregnancy but the recommended dose is 2, 4-6hrs apart but no more than 8 in a day. A bath or shower will be your friend. Hope you're feeling better soon

I tested positive 2 weeks ago I was 7-8 weeks pregnant, I stated out like a bad cold, but there was a lot of mucus I kept coughing up, it also made my morning sickness a million times worse and I thought at one point I’d need to go into hospital as I couldn’t keep a thing down. I ached all over either because of the covid or because I was dehydrated I’m not sure which but I couldn’t keep anything down so I didn’t even attempt to take paracetamol I would have been sick while taking it as even the thought makes me sick now. I did enjoy the bath just lying there relaxing and the hot water helped my aches.
