I am pregnant, got my BFP 12DPO (im using the Ovusense core monitor) which confirmed my ovulation date.
However I ovulated on CD 48 (!)
I don't have an official diagnosis of PCOS but have wondered in the last year whether I do in fact have some form of subtype PCOS as my cycles have been temperamental and keep getting longer each month (31, 45, 47d). Previous to my first natural pregnancy my cycles were always 31-36d.
I am so nervous about this pregnancy. Very much wanted and we were TTC however I'm understandably worried about risk of MC and also poorer egg quality with longer cycles?
PCOS in itself carries more of a MC risk. Wanted to reach out to see if there were anyone else who has managed to conceive on longer cycles and had a successful pregnancy.
