Please can someone help my nerves.
I am 4 week pregnant (first baby) and I am absolutely reckoned with anxiety about miscarriage.
I'm 21 don't drink alcohol, smoke, drink caffeine and I'm active. But I'm still so scared of the worst happening. Even though I tell myself I'm fine and there's no reason to be scared I still can't stop and it's running me down.
I'm struggling because I don't "feel" pregnant. Even though I have symptoms apart from vomiting but I have nausea. Please can someone help put my mind at ease or tell me how I can manage these worries.
