TMI but I'm struggling with constipation and it's making my sickness worse I think because I feel so full all the time 🤢 has anyone got any tips at all? I'm struggling with sickness and on cyclizine for it so that doesn't help as I can't face much food or moving about either.

@arianasky if it makes you feel any better I feel exactly the same for mine on Wednesday. I think it's totally natural but doesn't make it any easier x

@arianasky @Cruz86 I just feel like it's a bit sudden to go from so strong to nothing 🤦 I definitely don't feel In the 'safe' stage don't think I ever will! Trying to think positive sometimes it's just so hard! X

@arianasky are the tablets not helping at all? U might need to try something stronger. Don't have any advise for the constipation 🤦 but your symptoms are so strong 🙌 xx

Hi ladies. Is anyone else on progesterone?

I've been getting nausea and sore boobs and can't work out if it's pregnancy or the pessaries :-(

@flowergarden16 yeah I think it's natural for us who've been through loss before unfortunately 😔 I'm not in progesterone so can't help with that sorry

@Skl2021 yeah the tablets help a little I still feel nauseous but has reduced vomiting which is something

Prunes. Might have to play around a bit to work out your 'dosage', (4 max for me), but they work.

@calimc83 thank you, no it's with the EPU because my MMC was a partial molar I have to get an early scan with them

Always worth having in the house - been awfully bunged up post birth both times, and prunes got me going. Particularly when you're terrified something's going to fall out when you go!

@calimc83 just anxiety getting the better of me. Don't feel pregnant anymore and it just makes u panic that something is wrong! I hope so! Can't remember when I felt movement with my other two 🤔 just have to try and stay positive and hope for the best 🤞 how are you doing? Xxx

@Skl2021 I totally get that. I think it'll be hard when I get to 9ish weeks as that's when I lost my last baby. Oh and I just tried to log into an old app to record this pregnancy and it remembered me but logged me in as my old due date - so should be 32 weeks!! Argh 😫..
I think I started to feel movement at 16 weeks ish? X

@calimc83 yes I totally get that my anxiety was really high around 10 weeks as that was the same time. It's a horrible reminder isn't it I should of been around 36 weeks now. My badger notes app still has the information on from the miscarriage. Well hopefully not much longer to wait then I thought it was much later but I can't remember 🙈 I'm also alot fatter than back then so might not feel movements as easy 🤦 xx

@Skl2021 I hated that stupid badger app! I deleted mine in a fit of rage after my MC...😩...have u told any friends or family yet? Gosh 36 weeks...it's scary where we would of been 🥺 X

I don't have any tips for the constipation/sickness @arianasky but I do feel the same 😩

@calimc83 the same happened to me on my app, I should've been 25 weeks. Had to email them to reset everything and they were really apologetic.

How often do people get sharp pains? I've had a few today but one that really took my breath away. And not from moving/sneezing etc, just a sudden sharp pain. I also had a tiny streak of blood when I wiped about an hour ago. Really don't have a good feeling about things xx

@calimc83 @Skl2021 same happened to me on pregnancy plus, my due date was this Wednesday 6th April so if the scan goes bad tomorrow I don't know how I'll get through this week 😔 I have a consultant appointment on Wednesday with recurrent miscarriage aswell when I should have been giving birth so that'll be tough

@calimc83 so did I couldn't bear seeing it so that was first thing to go so was shocked when I re downloaded that it was all still on there 🤦 the only people that know are our parents I'm scared to tell anyone else! Xx

@Cruz86 @arianasky ahh I’m so sorry ladies, that was the opposite of my intentions 🙈 Hope you’re both doing ok.

@arianasky I would try the prunes & make sure you’re drinking loads & loads of water too. After I had my daughter one of the things they prescribed was fybogel which really worked but I’m not sure if it’s allowed in pregnancy or not.

@Cruz86 sorry you’ve had another day of it, hopefully it was just the tiniest bit of blood and you’ve had nothing since? 🙏🏼 Did you manage to get a scan booked in?

@Skl2021 feeling for you! Please remember that despite what we’ve all been through it is normal for your pregnancy symptoms to go around 12ish weeks when our bodies regulate. Hopefully it won’t be too long before you’re feeling daily movements 🙏🏼💕

@flowergarden16 I really struggle with this too, it’s cruel that the side effects of progesterone are the same as positive pregnancy ones 🥺💕

Hello. Any advise regards to fever and cold symptoms? Stuffed nose, headache and now low grade fever. I have taken paracetamol, unwillingly as I would wish to avoid any medicine taken while pregnant. I'm 9 weeks. Worried that the fever might affect the baby somehow? My fifth pregnancy and first time getting this far.
