Hey! I’m 23 weeks and usually feel my baby moving about everyday at some point but nothing today 😩 call me paranoid because I 1000% am!! Should I be worried?? I do have an anterior placenta but I’ve been feeling him no bother any other day 😟 xx

You can never be too paranoid when it comes to your baby and if you're worried about movement I would always get checked. They might not put the monitor on but would have a listen in I'm sure! I went in at about 22 weeks for a small bleed and the midwife had asked about normal movement and I had no idea on a pattern at that stage and it's quite common not to have a pattern at the stage yet especially with anterior placenta (I had that too). So hopefully baby is just having a quieter time/you can't feel them because of their positioning but please always ring the midwives if you're worried xx

I have an anterior placenta and I didn't really start feeling proper movement everyday until around 25/26 weeks. I felt flutters and kicks from 22/23 but I could go a day with nothing and the next day super active, and then nothing again.

But if your worried speak to your midwife
