Transition from 2-3 children

How did you find the transition to 3 kids for those of you who have 3+?

For 2 parents, going from 2 to 3 children is, if you compare it to football, when you make the transition from man-to-man marking into basic defence.

That said, if you can cope with 2 you can cope with 3. For me, by far the hardest transition was from 0 to 1. I have 4.
