Hi there, I've suffered recurrent miscarriages in the past and have just found out I'm pregnant again. I've just received blood test results taken in January at a rmc before I was pregnant and they are showing I have a raised TSH level of 6.1, normal range T4 and very elevated thyroid peroxidase anitbodies at 334.
I've been been prescribed levotheyroxin which I started taking yesterday but as I'm now 5w I'm worried it's going to be too late for this pregnancy as I've read it takes about a month for the medication to take effect.
Has anyone gone through something similar?

I was diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism during my first pregnancy and wasn’t put on levothyroxine until 11 weeks when I was finally seen by the endocrinologist . I hadn’t had any previous losses but it did take me over a year to fall pregnant. Everything turned out fine, good luck with the pregnancy OP.
