Hey I have been gifted some clary sage massage oils and have read a lot of different things and don't want to use anything that could potentially put me into early labour. So should I wait to use these oils or can I use them for a massage now ?

From what I gather clary sage is a very good pain killer but can also stimulate labour. I used this with my second and was advised that it would work to stimulate labour if I was already in labour but wouldn't kick start it if that makes any sense. Please don't take any advice other than from your midwife however as may possibly be wrong. Xx

You should not use clary sage until close to your due date. It can bring on labour

No! Clary sage oil is only supposed to be used during labour.

Definitely don't use it at 32 weeks. If you Google it does say only to use during labour.
