I suffered with 'morning' sickness with both DC1&2. I had a small gap between them so it wasn't too bad trying to look after a baby when being sick tbh. But THIS is much harder!

I'm a SAHM, DC1 in pre school for 3 hours non-fri, DC2 at home. Great husband who takes over as soon as he gets home, but I'm really struggling now.

Feeling guilty as today they've already had 2.5 hours of tv, but I did set up a few tasks for them in the morning which kept them occupied. (DC1 sick today so no pre school).

I have tried medication for the sickness previously and found that nothing helps! The range of foods that I can bare to look at /eat is getting smaller and smaller and I've only managed about 400cal so far today (if that).

Basically I'm just feeling sorry for myself, and the kids!
Any easy toddler activities that we can do at home where I can sittervise please? :)

P. S I hate ginger.

Poor you! I had nausea + nearly 3 year old late last summer/early autumn so I can empathise. The following worked with my son then and now I’m heavily pregnant (although much easier with just one!):
Stickers, play doh
Go outside if the weather is ok and you have a garden and blow them bubbles to chase whilst you sit down, or get them to collect dead leaves and put in a bin (my 3 year old loves this!)
Practise Easter egg hunts in the garden or a room indoors (after you’ve hidden them you can just direct from a chair) - doesn’t have to be eggs that they are looking for of course
If the younger one is old enough to understand, hide and seek (but you just sit in a chair and count to 10 with the seeker each time)

Reading stories/get audio versions of stories you like so you don’t even have to do the reading, just turn the pages
Nothing wrong with extra TV time though. Some days you just have to do what you need to to get through the day.

Just stop counting how many hours tv and feel guilty over it etc put some animal channel and let them watch ..or nursery rhymes or cartoons... nothing gonna happen to them x better watch educational stuff than not do anything at all when youre poorly
AAAAND dont feel guilty youre poorly also!
