Help please! Chemical pregnancy or ectopic?

A bit complicated and really confused, not sure anyone else had similar situation? I had a hysteroscopy on 3rd FEB. I think I ovulated on 13th FEB and tried everyday around that date. On 21st FEB I had what I thought a normal even heavy period for me, about 4 days early.
Since I planned to start IVF treatment we did not try anymore in this cycle, but treatment is delayed so I thought I try again on Saturday when I tested strong positive for pregnancy. Same on Sunday shown 2-3 weeks pregnant. Today it showed a darker line and I have taken so many different tests, repeated them as well! If i had a chemical on 21st FEB how long would it take pregnancy test to be faint again? Waiting for doc to call me.

Those are incredibly positive tests!!

It may be your bleed wasnt a period at all.

Hopefully the doc can run bloods and maybe a scan

If you get shoulder pain, it needs to be investigated urgently.

When I had a chemical pregnancy, I started bleeding a few days after my missed period, my tests went negative very quickly

In my experience chemical pregnancies never give you dark positive lines like that and I can't see any of your symptoms necessarily point to an ectopic! Good luck with your blood test.

If you had a chemical in February the lines would be much fainter, those are really strong positives!

Your lines are that dark AFTER a heavy bleed?? That bleed was not a chemical! I bled loads of times in my last pregnancy and he’s sitting right next to me now on his iPad. Bleeding doesn’t always mean it’s the end. My lines got strong and stronger after my bleeding and my symptoms got more and more stronger and I knew it was going to be ok and I was right

I had a heavy period before and 2 months later found I was pregnant. That "period" was implantation and lasted 5 days x

I had heavy implantation bleeding, just the same as my period. Due any day now!

Thank you so much everyone! I just did a blood beta HCG test waiting for result in 3 hours. My "period" was very heavy so I have convinced myself it was a miscarriage already... also we wanted to do IVF as my husband had high DNA frag results in JAN so I was convinced that his sperm was too damaged for natural conception.

Blood test result wont be back until tmw morning!

Hello!! Sorry I didnt update here. Below is what happened last 2 days and I am still worried sick, any idea whether this is true pregnancy:

Monday HCG result came back as 500
Tuesday EPU did a scan showing a gestational sac measuring 2.3mmX2.3mm - which I am freaking out as maybe too small? uncertain yolk or HB and I am beating myself up that I didnt ask more questions as I was mostly asking a billion questions about my heavy bleeding. By LMP I should be 5 weeks now.
Also did a blood test on Tuesday result came back today at 750
Going for another blood test tmw morning.

I am worried because of the heavy bleeding in FEB + my husband has high DNA frag.
