I woke up an hour ago, still sitting in bed waiting for my alarm as it’s warm in here, Iv had 2 awful waves of dizziness which felt like the room was suddenly spinning around me! It only lasted a few seconds each time but it’s quite freaked me out. Has anyone else had this?

I've had this on and off from about 8 weeks (now 12) and it seems to be worse when I'm at work and moving around. Increased blood flow causes it while your pregnant. If it's particularly bad in the morning, just make sure you're getting up slowly and no sudden movements. Mine seems to be worse after getting up from picking something up from a low height
