Cramps in early pregnancy

Hello can someone give me some advice please.
I found out I'm 3 weeks pregnant 4 days ago, I've had mild cramps for the last week and a bit one of my first signs of pregnancy.
(Some mild/moderate centre or to one side that go away when my stomach is rubbed or just subside after a few seconds) these happen irregularly but probably a few times during the day. Not at night though. These make me feel very sick as well but not vomiting. Please can someone let me know these are okay and nothing to worry about 🥴

@MaisieRed I had cramps very very early on in my pregnancy, before I even knew I was pregnant and I thought I was getting my period, the cramps continued and I still get them now at nearly 11 weeks. If you have cramps with no bleeding this is usually okay and it is just your ligaments stretching xx
