How did you tell the grandparents ? Creative ways ?

I’m 9 weeks now and we are getting ready to tell DP dad, with our last we just told him and I feel we could have done better. We always well I always make him lovely personalised gifts off the grandkids and he loves them, so I thought instead of just telling him maybe there was a nicer way…. Does anyone have any ideas?
