Hi guys, I'm on my 6th month of TTC #2. All other months of trying I've tracked my ovulation using OPKs and never really got a peak that I could see, but I'd always have some form of signs, sore boobs, pains, mood swings. This month, I've found a peak, but have absolutely no signs at all. I'm currently 10 DPO and 6 days from AF. But the fact that the only signs I have had are not the usual things I've experienced the other months, so I've been tired, eating loads, pain in only the left side and some vivid dreams, not bad ones but still quite vivid. I did a test today and its negative, I feel like I'm losing my mind here.. Has anyone experienced something similar and been pregnant, am I testing too early?

I felt pretty unwell before my period was due.
I was in a terrible mood, felt like I had a constant head cold and just run down.
Annoyingly some pregnancy symptoms are the same as period ones and you’ll be really aware just now of any differences.
Most early tests say not to test until 4-5 days before your period so I’d maybe wait a few more days and test again.
