Please explain skill theory lol

So I had my 12 week scan this week and I'm super impatient to find out the gender of the baby so I've been doing some googling on nub and skull theories. On my scan pics you can't see any nub (I think because of how the picture was taken). But the pics are quite clear around the head area, however I just don't understand the skull theory at all lol can someone please explain in dummy version? Feel free to guess the gender too

That looks a girly nub.
Skull theory doesn’t mean anything. Baby skulls are all pretty similar as is a baby when it’s born you can’t tell a newborns female from a male by looking at their face and head. It’s not until we get older our skulls take on a different shape because of our gender. Nub theory is very accurate if you Google it
