Rash at clexane injection site

I'm nearly 40 weeks, been on clexane injections since Christmas, supposed to be continuing them until 6 weeks post birth. Over the last week I've got an itchy red rash on either side of my bump around where I'm doing the injections. I forgot to mention it to my midwife on Friday, am seeing her again on Tuesday so can raise it then, but has anyone else had this? Should I ring midwife up before Tues? Thanks

Yes, I'm alternating sides, and doing it in a different place each time, but kind of along a line in line with my belly button
