Last weekend as a family of 3!

Anyone else having their baby next week?

My c-section is booked for Friday (assuming he doesn't make an appearance before then), so this is our last weekend just the 3 of us - me, DH & DS (20 months).

I'm 38+5 today and not quite finished packing my hospital bag (will have it done by tomorrow). Baby's clothes are all washed and ironed (thanks to my mum), the house is clean (thanks to DH) and all that's left to do is put the car seat in the car and set up the Next2Me.

How are your preparations coming along?

Me! 36+6, but as with DD I've got pre-eclampsia, and being induced in the next few days. Sad that I'm spending my last few days as a family of 3 in the hospital, but it's all for the best I guess. Means DD is getting used to plenty of daddy daughter time as well. Fortunately I'd already prepped nearly everything just in case history repeated itself. The few things I didn't have time to do are being sorted by DM and DH.

I feel this. I'm 40 weeks tomorrow with baby no 4, and likely to have induction next sun when I hit 41 weeks if he hasn't come before that. Been having on/off contractions for the last 24 hours though so hoping he will make an appearance soon. Regardless, our time as a family of 5 is rapidly coming to a close!
