Horrific side pain

Hi everyone, so from last night I've been having the most awful pains down one side of my hip and just into my back and pelvis. I couldn't sleep last night because of it, has this happened to anyone else? How do you tackle it? Anything that helps please let me know, I'm in agony. Thank you! I'm 38 weeks.

I think you should call the maternity advice line ASAP. Any pain that leaves you in agony should be checked out

It sounds like sciatica I had that it was awful but it would ease when I rested but come on again if I tried to move even in my sleep. I also had SPD that was soooo painful when I tried to roll over in my sleep
